Tomato and Mozzarella Salad

Cut 4 large tomatoes into 1/4 inch thick chunks.
Cut 1 1/2 pounds of mozzarella into 1/4 inch thick chunks
Cut 1 1/2 cups red cherry tomatoes in half

Place all on a platter with 1/2 cucumber and 1/2 cup black olives.

DRESSING:
1/2 cp olive oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix and cover
