3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
2 cups sour cream
I can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 1/2 rolls ritz crackers (or 1 small box)
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
Place chicken in a 9x13 pan. Mix together sour cream and soup. Spread over chicken. Crush crackers with poppy seeds and butter. Pour over chicken mixture.
Bake @325 for 30-45 minutes.
