Chunky Monkey

  • 2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
  • 1 large whole-wheat tortilla
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled

Spread peanut butter over entire surface of tortilla. Lay whole banana across one side of the tortilla and flatten slightly. Roll tightly. Slice into 1-inch discs.
