Beef and Noodle Dinner (8 months plus)

Cook whole wheat or plain egg noodles.

In a small saucepan combine fresh or frozen peas, small pieces of chopped carrot, and small slices of celery. Add enough water to cover. Cook until tender, reserve water.

In a blender combine small pieces of fully cooked beef, veg, noodles and 1-2 tbsp tomato paste (if under 10 months old, leave out and use milk or butter instead).

Puree until desired consistency, for smaller babies or chop as needed for older / toddler baby.
