Teri Gleeson's Potato Salad

1 cp celery
1/2 cp onion (red or green)
7 medium size potatoes
4 hard boiled eggs (separate)
1/3 cp italian salad dressing
1/2 cp mayo
1/4 cp sour cream
1 tsp horseradish mustard (dijon)
garlic
worcestershire
salt and pepper to taste

Cook potatoes in jackets. Peel and dice while hot. Marinate in dressing overnight (or 2 hours).

Add celery, onion, chopped egg whites. In separate bowl, mix cooked egg yolks, mayo, sour cream, mustard, etc. Marinate 2 hours or overnight.
